1. All Return Requests should be submitted via email or phone call.
2. RMA must be requested within 30 Days of purchase. Within the 30 Days, any damages or shortages need to be addressed with our customer service department.
3. All Returns must have the order number or confirmation number to generate a return effectively.
4. Returns must be received first before a replacement or a credit is issued.
5. Non-consumable products can only be returned within 7 calendar days of the invoice. (Package seal cannot be opened in order for a refund)

7. If product was ordered incorrectly or is no longer needed, all refunds will be paid with store credit only. All in store credit will be provided with an electronic gift card (and tax) only.
8. Online / Internet Order Returns will be provided Store Credit directly to their account that can be accessed by logging into the account using the email address originally provided. A store credit will be issued for the price of the product(s).
9. A 20% restocking fee will apply on opened product.
10. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.
11. Original shipping costs are non-refundable
12. Item(s) must be received in original condition and in original retail packaging.
13. Items must be securely packaged. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in the return process while in shipping.
14. For security and tracking purposes, all of our products have tampering notification indicators, to protect our items from fraud and to maintain quality control.
15. Advanced Technology Recycling offers a 6 month warranty on its product. Your Warranty Claim will be visually inspected for tampering and damages. If any of our warranty labels are removed, the warranty will be voided. If your Warranty Claim is accepted, we will send you a replacement product. If we do not have a compatible replacement product in-stock, we will issue a store credit or a refund.
16. Advanced Technology’s Warranty does not cover the following: (1) Normal ware and tear or scratches. (2) Problems caused by malware, spyware, or virus infection. (3) Battery life on all used devices. (4) Customer installed documents and software.
