Does the item come in original packaging/manuals?

Due to the nature of where we source our items, MOST items will not be in original packaging.

There may however, be the occasional item that does come in original packaging, but that is the exception not the rule.

It will be noted in the listing if the item is in original packaging. Most items will NOT have manuals.

What is your testing process on equipment?

All of the equipment listed on our ATRStore web store is tested in accordance with R2 standard testing procedures.

Each item will list it’s R2 sales category in the listing.

What programs come loaded on this PC/Laptop?

All PCs and laptops sold on our webstore will have the following programs loaded:

Windows 10 Home or Pro (Depending on the original COA), AVG Virus Protection, and Open Office prior to shipping.

Open Office is a freeware software and NOT a Microsoft Product.

Do you sell equipment in Bulk/Wholesale?

Generally, we don’t offer discounts for purchasing multiple items, however, if you are looking to purchase large amounts of equipment, we have a wholesale department.

Yes, All of our merchandise comes with a free 6 month warranty, you have the option to upgrade to a 1 year warranty for a nominal cost if you choose.

You sold out of the item that I needed, can I get this other model at a discounted price?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer discounts because of out of stock circumstances.

We are preparing equipment daily to get items back in stock and we are adding new equipment daily to be sold.
